What to Expect After Dare to Lead™ Training

 

Dare to Lead™ offers a practical toolkit for creating accountability, authenticity and courage in leadership.

YOU WILL COME AWAY WITH:

  • strategies to steer courageous, clear conversations;

  • an understanding of the emotional triggers that block confidence;

  • practical approaches to build connection and trust with their teams;

  • an understanding of how to live and lead from your org’s values;

  • immediately applicable skills to reduce conflict; and

  • frameworks to stimulate growth through feedback conversations.

Cancellation Policy

  1. For in-person training programs at IRG we will issue an 80% refund up to 30 days prior to the program start date.

  2. We offer a 50 % refund up to 14 days prior to the program start and there will be no refunds issued less than 48 hours prior to the program start. 

  3. You are able to transfer your program registration to another person up to 48 hours prior to the program start at no cost to either party.
