Becoming a coach was a natural progression for me. I have always loved being in conversations that dig deep and that’s what coaching is—helping people discover who they truly are so that they can lead from a place of self-awareness and intention. Once I began helping people access their potential, and seeing the kind of transformation that followed, I was hooked.

Diane Lloyd is a leadership coach, speaker and facilitator with a superpower for creating safe and inspiring environments for unguarded conversations and transformational growth.
Diane has a unique ability to create actionable learning experiences for leaders and their teams. She has a passion for bringing a coach-approach into organizations and equipping leaders with the mindset and practical coaching skills that support high performing teams and organizations. Her latest creation is a Group Coaching program for GenX Female Leaders to leverage their power and potential.
In addition to her identity as a coach-entrepreneur, Diane can be found adventuring with her family on Vancouver Island, reading a great book or seeking release on her yoga mat.
Diane has an MA in Leadership, is a PCC level coach with the ICF and a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator and Conversational Intelligence® Coach. Diane also holds an Associate Faculty position in the Certified Executive Coach Program at Royal Roads University and then went on to earn her Masters in Leadership.
Diane was invited back to Royals Roads to be an Associate Faculty member. In this key role she supports learners going through the Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching program. She was also selected for the 2022 recipient Kelly Outstanding Teaching Award.
