Why Diane loves to coach
"I have always loved being in conversations that dig deep; coaching is all about seeing my clients dig into who they are, so that they can lead others from a place of self-awareness and intention. Coaching is all about helping people access their potential, and sometimes we just need to be asked the right question to help us untangle our thinking and find the answer that will work for us.My clients are so resourceful and ambitious, and often lonely in their leadership role. Being their thinking partner and helping them to access their strengths and develop their confidence in each coaching conversation is an absolute gift. There is nothing that brings me greater joy than witnessing my client’s journey into the aspirational future they decide to go after!”

Impactful Leadership
“Reflection. Clarity. Action. These are the words that define my experience over these last months working with Diane in the Transformational Leadership Coaching Program.
Going into each coaching session, I had messy thoughts, ideas, and questions that needed to have a mirror turned on them so I could move the work forward in my organization, both personally and collectively.
Every single time I finished my coaching session, it was like a celebration - I knew what I had to do next with strategy, communication, vision and coaching! Working with Diane continues to force me to reflect on my leadership which impacts those I work with and those I love. She is the best!”

Why Teams Love Working With Adele
Working Well Together
“Inspired Results Group facilitated the Relationship Intelligence workshop and associated coaching with my Leadership team at the Independent Living Housing Society.
Adele was so positive and supportive throughout the process. She led discussions that provided us with an understanding of our individual motives and strengths as well as how we respond during conflict.
The biggest takeaway for us was how we work together as a team when things are going well and when we are working through conflict. We continue to rely on this tool, and I look forward to new members of our team working with Adele to complete the SDI process.”

Dave Harrhy, MSc, MBA, ACC Associate Coach
Coach Focus
Teams: Strategic Planning Facilitation, Psychological Safety Workshop
1-on-1: Leadership Coaching
Why Dave loves to coach
“Despite increasing complexity and decreasing opportunities to be trained or mentored, leaders today often face the pressures of having to have all the answers. Leaders I speak with talk of how lonely and isolated they can feel, and how this affects their performance and satisfaction. The beauty of being a coach is how I can decrease this sense of isolation and provide real support for both emerging and experienced leaders.
Through my coaching sessions my clients entertain questions such as what kind of leader do you want to be? and where do you want to take yourself? Fundamentally, my clients already have the solutions to these questions and have the skills to live into the best versions of themselves. I help my clients give themselves the permission to follow their own design.
I love coaching because I fundamentally believe effective leadership can change the world. Great leaders and great businesses have the power and responsibility to move away from the “take, make and waste” mentality and instead lead with care, curiosity and safety.”

I’m Empowered To Explore
“Dave has an impressive background and such a solid expertise that receiving coaching from him was at first a bit intimidating. However, this feeling faded a few minutes into our very initial session. Dave knew what to ask and how to create a safe place to engage harder discussions. Back then, I was in a rut and felt like I had no control over so many aspects of my life. I was also struggling to see myself as a leader, and through his coaching was able to develop my self confidence. He helped me identify opportunities and enable some changes (I finally passed a certification I had been talking about for years…) while reinforcing my own accountability. Getting coached by Dave has been so helpful to me, I definitely feel empowered and ready to explore new professional opportunities. I definitely recommend hiring Dave as your next leadership coach!”

Shailoo Bedi, PHD Associate Coach
Coach Focus
Teams: Belonging, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Workshops, Emotional Intelligence
1-on-1: Leadership Coaching
Why Shailoo loves to coach
“As a coach I love to help leaders and developing leaders to create environments where everyone can feel valued and accepted for who they are, starting with themselves. I first work with my clients to create a space for reflection to explore and truly understand themselves as a leader. I believe you need to spend some time getting to know you first, and I can help to create the conditions for these aha moments that seed new and creative ways of thinking and being. This self work is important to do before you can promote belonging, diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.
In coaching I draw from my own lived experience as someone who grew up between worlds and cultures. I have led large and diverse teams, so I know how to support my clients as they tap into their intersectionality and their power to create unique environments for their teams.
My coaching clients explore new possibilities by centering their purpose, creating alignment with their values, and empowering their intuition and intersecting identities to shine through. I do this powerful coaching work so more leaders and developing leaders can lead for belonging and inclusion.”
