Dave holds an opposing view to command-and-control leadership, and believes that risk, innovation, failure and contribution from all can produce massive positive results.

Dave has an extensive background in the strategy, design and delivery of services related to mental health and substance use, where he has seen the personal and organizational benefits of engaging with empathy, and compassion while managing the hard work of meaningful change.

As a Certified Executive Coach, Strategic Advisor and Consultant - Dave brings over 35 years of clinical, operational and executive-level leadership to the service of clients, whether that is at the individual level or enterprise wide. He is passionate about engaged and authentic leadership that is linked to strategic planning, neuro-diversity and inclusion, change management, mental wellness and development of compassionate resilience.

Dave has worked at the local, provincial, and national levels. A member of the International Coaching Federation, he has two graduate degrees in clinical and business administration and an undergraduate degree in psychology. Dave is also Dare to Lead™ trained.

Andrea Gillespie is an executive coach at the intersection of transformational change, leadership development, and emotional intelligence.

Andrea began her journey in financial planning and analysis for large, international corporations. In this role, grappling with identifying as a leader while successfully navigating teams through high-pressure conditions ignited her curiosity to better understand effective leadership.
